The Nordic financial services group Nordea has appointed a new General Manager for its private banking business in Asia.

Fredrik Lager has joined the Nordic bank as Head of Nordea Bank, Singapore Branch. The former General Manager (GM), Kim Osborg Nielsen, will take up a more front office role as head of private banking where he will work directly with Nordea’s larger clients in the Region.

Prior to taking up his new position Lager spent more than 11 years with SEB, in both Singapore and Sweden. At SEB he was responsible for a Singapore based team of private bankers, serving HNWI's and UHNWI's clients in the Asia-Pacific Region.
