The company, which expanded to Singapore last year, is building its regional sales team with the appointment of an experienced fintech industry executive.
Zurich-based Netcetera has appointed Nitin Palande as its new APAC Head of Sales & Partnerships, based in its Singapore regional office, according to an announcement.
Palande brings experience working across multiple geographies and industries, including e-commerce, telecommunications, retail, software and technology, investment banking and private equity. He has been involved in the Asian fintech ecosystem in leadership roles for several years in a variety of startups, after leaving Microsoft in 2017, where he was director sales excellence and business operations, APAC.

Netcetera provides digital solutions for secure payment, mobile banking, mobile contactless payment, digital wallet and 3-D Secure Services for secure online transactions.
The company set up its 15th office in Singapore in 2020 as part of its global growth strategy and to capitalise on the burgeoning fintech and digital banking market in Asia and Oceania. The office is headed up by Kiril Milev, a veteran at Netcetera, who has also managed the company's expansion in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
