Besides chairing Chain IQ’s APAC unit in Singapore, the new non-executive chairman will also lead the company’s global ESG advisory board.
Swiss-based Chain IQ Group, specializing in supply chain and procurement solutions, appointed Girija Pande as the Non-Executive Chairman of Chain IQ APAC, as finews.asia can reveal.
Pande joined Chain IQ in April 2020 as a senior advisor for the APAC region leveraging his industry experience. Besides chairing Chain IQ’s APAC unit in Singapore he will also chair the company’s global ESG Advisory Board.

Pande has over three decades of experience in senior positions in Banking and Financial Services and served on multiple Boards of global technology & healthcare companies.

He also serves on the Advisory Board of a Global ESG Fund and on the High-Level Advisory Board of Brussel’s based Digital Goes Green Foundation (supported by the European Union and the World Economic Forum) working on sustainability issues of digitalization itself.
Chain IQ, which currently employs about 650 people, has roughly 60 clients in over 20 countries and an annual purchasing volume of around $24 billion. Its largest clients include UBS, Credit Suisse, Thomson Reuters, BNP Paribas, and consultant Marsh & McLennan.
