The Luna fiasco continues to unfold with the latest raid by South Korean authorities of local crypto exchanges and offices.

South Korean prosecutors carried out searches and seizures at a total of 15 locations, including cryptocurrency exchanges and related offices, for proof of allegations, according to a «Reuters» report citing a spokesperson’s statement.

Terraform Labs co-founders Do Kwon and Daniel Shin have been accused of fraud following the collapse of stablecoin TerraUSD and sister token Luna. Kwon has denied the allegations, insisting that the collapse was a genuine failure which was backed by his full confidence.

Separately, several Terraform Labs employees were also barred last month from leaving the country.
