Beijing-based Tiger Brokers is testing its own text-generating chatbot that will soon be rolled out as an artificial intelligence-based investment assistant.
Tiger Brokers has developed a text-generating AI chatbot – «TigerGPT» – that is currently undergoing user testing in selected markets and will be soon rolled out on its flagship platform Tiger Trade, according to statement.
«[W]e do believe our TigerGPT feature can bring a fresh breeze deeply valued by users, by addressing various queries on investment research, quenching curiosities of specific stocks and industries, and presenting the very piece of information needed in a well-articulated and highly-pertinent manner,» said Tiger Brokers founder and CEO Wu Tianhua.
Chatbot Features
TigerGPT will leverage the firm’s content library and access to paid sources to offer timely market and stock data, conduct investor education and deliver analyses in a matter of seconds. The chatbot is undergoing daily-basis training and absorbing the latest market updates to ensure the quality of interactions.
The firm’s research and development team is adding more languages to its current support in English, traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese.
