Both parties establish a new partnership to launch an Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund.
Raffles Family Offices and Tishman Speyer have launched the Tishman Speyer/Raffles Family Office APAC Opportunity Fund I, according to an announcement distributed Wednesday.
The fund targets opportunistic investments in various categories of real estate, inclusive of credit strategies and distressed opportunities.
«This collaboration seeks to capitalize on the unique advantages of family offices and aims to address the increasingly complex asset management needs of APAC UHNWs,» said Raffles’ group CEO and co-founder Chi-man Kwan.
For Tishman Speyer, the partnership marks its expansion into APAC gateway cities, CEO Rob Speyer indicated.
