The tech division of Munich Re will have a partnership for its cloud-based software solution.
Munich Re HealthTech has set up a partnership with InLife Health Care (IHC) which will use its SMAART cloud-based solution, from June 2023. IHC will use SMAART to get the detailed information about key performance indicators of the business, including loss ratio, ultimate loss ratio, burning costs, incurred claims and ultimate claims.
«SMAART will lead to faster reactions to changing market needs, increased competitiveness, and ultimately safeguard IHC’s commitment to providing continuous quality services to their customers,» Gerry Raftopoulos, Munich Re HealthTech’s CEO, said in a statement.
