Business-to-business platform Allfunds has inked a partnership with China PA Securities HK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ping An Securities.
Allfunds and China PA Securities HK have formed a new partnership, according to a statement, to support the latter firm’s fund product services and wealth management business in Hong Kong.
Under this tie-up, Allfunds will enhance efficiency at China PA Securities HK, for example, by digitalizing dealing and settlement services as well as accelerating the onboarding processes for new funds or asset managers. The B2B funds platform will also provide a «suite of value-added services» to digitalize the Chinese firm’s wealth management offering.
China PA Securities HK is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ping An Securities, whose controlling shareholder is Chinese financial giant Ping An Insurance.
