5. Take Breaks

«All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.» And a stressed one too! So, once in a while, make sure you go out for a team meal, meet a friend for coffee or even go for a short walk during lunch.
Simple activities such as stretching, chatting with your partner or even reading your favourite book in the cafeteria while having lunch can change the perspective you have towards the day. Taking short breaks at work will not only reduce your stress but also pump up your energies and boost your performance.
