In late summer, both Hublot and Tag Heuer, two traditional Swiss watch brands, will get new CEOs. LVMH aims to set the course for further development of the companies.

Frédéric Arnault, CEO of the LVMH Watch Division, is initiating a major restructuring, the firm announced on Thursday. Ricardo Guadalupe will be appointed Honorary President of Hublot on September 1.

He has been leading the watchmaker since 2012 and is now stepping down from operational management. Julien Tornare, currently CEO of Tag Heuer, will take over his position at Hublot.

Beginning of a New Chapter

The new CEO of Tag Heuer will be Antoine Pin. As General Manager of Bvlgari Horlogerie since September 2019, he brings extensive experience and will succeed Julien Tornare.

Frédéric Arnault described the leadership changes at Hublot and Tag Heuer as the beginning of a new chapter. The changes are «dedicated to the future of our Maison and strengthening its unique position among leading watch brands,» he said.
