As part of its artistic efforts, UBS has created a record-breaking tapestry in Singapore.
UBS has created a 60-meter tapestry that made it into the «Singapore Book of Records» – a non-profit organization that compiles and adjudicates national records for the city-state – according to a statement.
The tapestry was made of upcycled textiles collectively woven by UBS employees and community partners. It commemorates Singapore’s 60 years of independence and marks the launch of the bank’s inaugural «Art for All» community art program.

The tapestry will be displayed for public viewing at the UBS Art Studio from January 17 to 19 at ART SG 2025, in which the bank is acting as the lead partner for the third consecutive year. After the fair, the tapestry will return to UBS' Singapore office at 9 Penang Road.
«At UBS, we believe in the power of art to inspire, connect, and enrich communities,» commented Jin Yee Young, co-head UBS Global Wealth Management Asia Pacific and country head UBS Singapore. «We are proud to share this tapestry with the public at our UBS Art Studio and continue championing art as a force for good.»
