JLL Appoints APAC Head of Leasing Advisory
Chicago-headquartered property firm JLL has announced the appointment of a regional head of leasing advisory.
JLL has appointed Ben Dickinson as head of leasing advisory, Asia Pacific, according to a statement. Based in Hong Kong, he will work with JLL’s APAC country and leasing heads to ensure deeper connectivity across teams and alignment with the firm’s global leasing advisory strategic vision. He will also be a key escalation point of contact for occupier and developer clients in APAC and provide leadership and support for the leasing teams in key pitches and deals.
Dickinson has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on advising occupiers and providing tailored advisory services for their office leasing demands with a specialization on tenant representation, corporate advisory, strategic planning and portfolio management. He joined JLL in 2004 and held various leadership roles, including head of markets for Hong Kong.
Dickinson will also retain his current role as head of transaction management, APAC.
