Global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International has announced two senior appointments to its Singapore team, including the former head of Singapore Real Estate and REITs at Barclays Bank.
The new appointments are Anthea To and Tricia Song. To will lead the Consulting team, while Song will lead the Research team, the firm said in an internal note shared with finews.asia.
Tricia Song spent the last four years as head of Singapore Real Estate and REITs at Barclays Bank, Equity Research, Singapore and was the lead analyst for more than a dozen listed Singapore real estate developers and REITs. She has more than 13 years of experience in real estate equity research and capital markets in Singapore and ASEAN.
In the new role Song will lead the Research team in delivering research and market intelligence on the Singapore and Southeast Asia real estate industry for partners, clients, and professionals.
