A former fixed income head at Credit Suisse’s private banking arm in Singapore has joined a boutique wealth manager in the city-state.
Carinn Neo joins Paragon Capital Management Singapore (PCMS) as its managing director and lead portfolio manager, according to a statement.
She will be tasked with managing PCMS’ Paragon Income Fund.
Neo has 24 years of experience managing various fixed income products and was most recently the co-head of fixed income solutions at Credit Suisse private banking arm. Previously, she had also worked for the former Bear Sterns, DBS asset Management and UOB Asset Management.
