A former Goldman Sachs managing director has joined StashAway’s advisory committee to provide regulatory expertise.
Viven Khoo joins StashAway’s advisory committee as a senior advisor, according to a statement.
Khoo has over 20 years of risk management experience across banks like Goldman Sachs where she spent the last 19 years, last as its Asia ex-Japan compliance co-head and virtual asset players like BitMEX where she was global chief operating officer and interim chief executive until April this year. She was also previously also a regulator at Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
«[Khoo] will play a key role in the team with her vast knowledge in the regulatory landscape and virtual assets space while empowering more women to invest and gain lifelong skills in money management,» said StashAway co-founder and CEO Michele Ferrario.
