Credit Suisse has added a former Bank of Singapore executive to cover the non-resident Indian segment of wealth management, finews.asia has learned.
Bikram Sen joins Credit Suisse as a managing director and team leader for the non-resident Indian (NRI) market, according to an internal memo seen by finews.asia.
Sen has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, most recently with Bank of Singapore where he spent eight years, last as its team head for the global South Asia and Middle East business where he drove the NRI business in Indonesia and developed Sri Lanka as a market. Previously, he also worked for Kotak Mahindra, Standard Chartered and Coutts.
A spokesperson for the bank confirmed the new hire.
