BNP Paribas has hired announced a new hire for its securities services unit in Southeast Asia.
Jen-Thai Ewe joins BNP Paribas as its head of client development for securities services in Southeast Asia, according to a statement, based in Singapore.
Ewe has 20 years of experience, most recently with HSBC where he was last its ASEAN head of client management for securities services. Previously, he also spent 11 years with State Street.
«[Ewe's] strong connections to the market and experience across multiple client segments as well as his in-depth knowledge of securities services operations will be invaluable to his new role where he will continue to grow our successful business across Southeast Asia,» said head of securities services Southeast Asia Diana Senanayake.
