Lighthouse Canton has announced a significant addition to its global leadership team. According to a media release on Monday, the company’s Asset Management business has appointed Won-Ki Kim as head of global institutional sales.

He brings over two decades of experience in institutional sales with global investment banks, boasting an impressive track record across major financial markets in Asia. His career has spanned roles at prominent firms such as BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch, Barclays and TD Securities, where he successfully established and expanded coverage for key markets like Korea and Japan.

Cross-Border Deal Flows in Emerging Sectors

At Lighthouse Canton, Kim will lead the Asset Management business’s fundraising efforts, focusing on building and expanding its institutional investor coverage worldwide, with a particular emphasis on Korea, Japan, and North America.

His hiring further enhances the asset management business’s capabilities, as it continues to drive economic development and enable cross-border deal flows in emerging sectors and industries across Southeast Asia and India.
