Credit Suisse’s wealth management unit has appointed a duo of investment consultants for Southeast Asia, finews.asia has learned.
Jerome Tan has been named managing director and head of investment consulting Singapore location, according to an internal memo seen by finews.asia, reporting to head of advisory & sales APAC Sascha Banz.
Tan is also the co-chair of the wealth management APAC advisory and sales committee.
Tan has been working at Credit Suisse for more than 15 years and has 20 years of financial services experience overall in Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK.

In addition, Credit Suisse has also hired Lok-hin Tsui as director and investment consultant, Singapore and Malaysia market, based in Singapore.
Tsui has 15 years of wealth management experience, most recently as an equity and fixed income advisor for Southeast Asia ultra-high net worth clients at UBS. Previously, he also worked at DBS, Standard Chartered and Merrill Lynch in the Netherlands, Hong Kong and Singapore.
A spokesperson for the bank confirmed the contents of the memo.
