Baltimore-based T. Rowe Price has hired an investment specialist in the Asia Pacific region that will play a key role in the responsible investment team.
T. Rowe Price appoints Caroline Ramscar as ESG investment specialist for APAC, according to a statement. Based in Sydney, she reports to Nick Beecroft, APAC head of the investment specialist group.
Ramscar will play a key role in representing the firm’s responsible investment and corporate governance teams with clients, prospects, and consultants in the region. She will also support the suite of impact investing products, which includes strategies across equities and fixed income.
Ramscar has 20 years of experience in financial markets, most recently at Legal & General Investment Management in London where she spent 10 years, including the past five years as head of sustainability solutions.
Founded in 1937, Baltimore-based T. Rowe Price has $1.40 trillion in assets under management, as of 30 June 2023.
