US real estate firm CBRE has announced the appointment of a Hong Kong head of capital advisors.
Kelvin Chan has been appointed as executive director, head of capital advisors at CBRE Hong Kong, according to a statement. Based in Hong Kong, he will report to Jonathan Chau, executive director, head of investment property & private office, capital markets, CBRE Hong Kong as well as Greg Hyland, head of capital markets, APAC, CBRE.
In the role, Chan is tasked with growing CBRE's investment advisory arm which focuses on capital raising, structured investments and M&A services. He has over 20 years of related experience and was most recently CBRE’s head of capital markets, China. Previously, he also held several executive roles at PAG and Macquarie Group.
