Real estate firm Knight Frank has announced the appointment of a non-executive chairman of Asia Pacific.
Knight Frank has appointed Shishir Baijal as non-exec chair of Asia Pacific, according to a statement, effective 1 April 2025. As a member of the group executive board, he will take on an expanded responsibility in addition to his current role as chairman and managing director of Knight Frank India. He will work closely with APAC CEO Craig Shute to support the execution of the firm’s regional strategy.

Within APAC, Knight Frank has 300 offices across 15 territories housing 11,000 people.
