A joint venture between Australian construction company Lendlease and private equity firm Warburg Pincus has announced its brand identity.

Lendlease and Warburg Pincus' Singapore-based life sciences and R&D joint venture has officially unveiled its brand identity as Vita Partners, according to a statement.

Established in July 2024, the joint venture is an integrated platform in Asia Pacific that develops, constructs, manages and invests in life sciences, R&D and innovation real estate. With a team of over 240 professionals, it has more than S$2 billion ($1.5 billion) in assets under management and has delivered over 200 projects for pharmaceutical clients worldwide, including through Lendlease’s prior history.

Multiple Tailwinds

According to the statement, the global life sciences and R&D sector is expanding in APAC with multiple tailwinds including the continued rise of innovation and technology, demographic shifts, increasing healthcare demand, supply chain realignments and sustained government support.

«We chose the name ‘Vita,’ which means ‘life’ in Latin, to embody the core of our business: creating and supporting opportunities that enhance lives,» said Bart Price, who was named CEO of the joint venture in January. «Vita Partners is a unique and differentiated platform in the life sciences and R&D sector in Asia-Pacific with deep capabilities, track record, and relationships built over 20 years, through our history with Lendlease.»
