A 20-year veteran at Citi has been named as the head of equity capital markets syndicate for Asia.
Citi has appointed Rob Chan as head of ECM syndicate for Asia, according to an announcement, reporting to Kenneth Chow, Asia head of ECM origination and products as well as Harish Raman, Asia head of ECM execution and solutions.
In his new role, Chan will work closely with banking, markets and risk teams in the marketing and distribution of all Citi’s equity and equity-linked transactions in the region.
Chan will continue to run equity-linked origination until a replacement is announced
