Mercer a global consulting firm covering talent, health, retirement and investments and The Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) today announced that they have signed an agreement to have Mercer become PSIA’s consulting partner for talent initiatives in the technology industry in the Philippines.
This partnership forms part of PSIA’s vision to drive innovation in the Philippine software products and services industry and increase its global market share.
As a strategic, consulting partner, Mercer will help PSIA develop greater insight into the people-related issues crucial to enhancing the Philippine Software Industry.
