Investment Manager Neuberger Berman has appointed a Vice President in its Australian business. She has been hired to enhance and further develop coverage of the Institutional Client portfolio.
Maxine Kraut will join the Neuberger Berman team based in Melbourne. The firm has been seeing strong growth of its institutional business including four new Australian clients allocating a total of AUD$2 billion to four separate Neuberger Berman strategies over the last 12 months.
Kraut (pictured left) was most recently with Invesco Australia for seven years where she represented Invesco's institutional investment capabilities, including property, equities and fixed income. Prior to this she was with Deutsche Bank’s investment management division in New York, where she managed a suite of private bank diversified products for international clients.
«Maxine Kraut’s experience in working with asset consultants and institutional clients across all the major asset classes - including listed and unlisted asset classes – make her a good fit for our business as we seek to meet the increasingly technical and complex needs of institutional investors,» said Paul O’Halloran, Joint Managing Director for Neuberger Berman Australia.
