The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has continued with its recent management restructuring by appointing a new Executive Director of Investment Products.
The Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong (SFC) has confirmed Christina Choi as Executive Director of Investment Products for a three-year term effective from 1 August 2016.
Choi is currently Senior Director of Investment Products and was most recently appointed acting head of the Investment Products Division after Julia Leung was appointed as Executive Director of the Intermediaries Division in June 2016.

Established in 1989 the Hong Kong SFC is an independent statutory body set up to regulate Hong Kong's securities and futures markets.

Earlier this month Teresa Ko Yuk-yin and William Wong Ming-fung were re-appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the Securities and Futures Commission with effect from August 1, 2016, for a term of two years. Ko is the China Chairman of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Dr Wong is a Senior Counsel of Des Voeux Chambers.
