Earlier this year Japanese bank Nomura unveiled plans to establish a new Asian Infrastructure Project Office based in Singapore. It has now named the Head of Project Advisory.
Nicolas Le Clerc has been appointed into the newly created role within Nomura’s Singapore-based Asia Infrastructure Project Office (AIPO). He is the Head of Project Advisory.
Le Clerc (pictured) will report to Mitsutoshi Murakata, Head of the AIPO.
He joins Nomura from ANZ where he was Head of Specialised Finance Greater Mekong. Prior to that role he led ANZ's Asian power project finance activities. Le Clerc also worked in Singapore and the Philippines with Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas.
A Nomura spokesperson confirmed the new hire to finews.asia.
