Three executive directors of financial services firm Convoy Global Holdings are under investigation by anti-corruption authorities in Hong Kong.

The shares of Convoy Financial Services were suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange following news that the Independent Commission Against Corruption had raided offices, homes and arrested three executive directors of the firm.

Convoy is one of the largest independent financial advisers in Hong Kong and is also a financial adviser for Hong Kong’s mandatory provident fund pension scheme and for insurance products. Both Convoy and the anti-corruption body issued statements on the action. Convoy mentioned the investigation of two executives, the authority said it had arrested three senior executives.
