Sabine Keller-Busse as UBS' New Operator
One banker is the winner in UBS' recent management rejig: Sabine Keller-Busse. The 52-year-old Swiss banker advanced to operating chief as a result of private bank head Juerg Zeltner's exit, and now oversees 20,000 staff. The former McKinsey consultant will be responsible for key issues for the bank like digitization and information technology. The German-born Keller-Busse is keeping her previous gig as head of human resources, where she oversees 60,000 internal employees and 30,000 contractors – making her the most important executive in Swiss banking.
