The multi-family office is opening of its new office in Beijing, and expanding in Singapore and at its headquarters in Hong Kong.
Raffles Family Office (RFO) has named executive director Annie Hu, who recently joined the firm, to oversee the firm’s business in mainland China, it announced on Thursday.
Its new office in China, as well as expansion in Hong Kong and Singapore come on the back of strong business growth trajectory and the rollout of its Raffles Ecosystem offering, RFO said.
New Strategy
The newly launched Raffles Ecosystem, which is a physical location for single family offices to house their activities, aims to help them extend their reach and capabilities across the region by leveraging RFO’s network and specialist services.
«As a company with a single office family heritage, we’re acutely aware of their wealth management needs and challenges. Through Raffles Ecosystem, we hope to provide SFOs with the support and services they need to grow,» Raffles Family Office CEO and founder Chiman Kwan said in the statement.
With the addition of its Beijing branch, RFO now operates from five locations in Asia, including Shanghai and Taipei. The firm said it hopes to reach a headcount 350 employees within the next two years, in line with its accelerated growth rate.
