Singapore’s Association of Independent Wealth Managers has named a list of newly elected committee members for a fresh term.
The Association of Independent Wealth Managers (AIWM) Singapore held its 12th annual general meeting and officially welcomed a newly elected committee for a two-year term from 2024 to 2026, according to a statement.
The members of the committee include Bernard Ong, partner at Azimut Investment Management Singapore; Gary Cheo, CEO at Avallis Investments; Jolene Tan, Managing Partner at SingAlliance; Joyce Woo, CEO at Leo Wealth Singapore; Lynn Lin, CEO at Reed Capital Partners; and Matteo Devecchi, chief financial officer at Mindful Wealth.
«Each member in the new committee has their own unique blend of skills and perspectives. Their professional experience and domain knowledge will be put to good use as we embark on our blueprint to advance the association further,» said Tan who is also president of AIWM Singapore.
Outgoing Members
The outgoing members of AIWM’s previous committee include Chiara Bartoletti of Eightstone; Cynthia See of Marcuard Heritage (Singapore); David Doerig of Corecam Family Office; and Edwin Lee of Covenant Capital.
«We are confident that the new committee is well-placed to steer the association towards sustained success, building on the past successes by the previous committee,» Tan added. «We will continue to work closely together to enhance the visibility of the independent wealth management model and promote the concept of open architecture in wealth management, thereby providing truly holistic and customer-centric wealth solutions for clients.»
Founded in 2011, AIWM Singapore is the leading industry advocate for independent wealth managers, including external asset managers, family offices, banks and service providers in Singapore. It currently represents over 80 active members across the industry.
