Hong Kong-based investment firm Silverhorn hired an industry expert previously based in Hong Kong. He has a solid grasp of the landscape and will return from Switzerland in February 2022 to be on the ground in Asia.
Roger Prinz joins Silverhorn as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the firm’s growing investment team across all three business verticals: multi-asset, private equity, and private debt.
In addition, he will be responsible for the further development of the firm’s investment capabilities required to make intelligent investments that bridge Europe and Asia, Silverhorn added in a statement.
On the Ground in Asia
Prinz will also continue to build on Silverhorn’s investment research and analysis, working closely with the research hub to fully understand and exploit the tremendous opportunities that exist in Asia.
Previously based in Hong Kong, Prinz has a solid grasp of the landscape and will return from Switzerland in February 2022 to be on the ground in Asia. He has more than 14 years of industry experience. He spent most of his career with Spectrum Value Management, a large single-family office – three years based out of Hong Kong and most recently as their CIO based out of Switzerland.
More Honest Enterprise
Prior to that, he spent time as a Consultant with Oliver Wyman. Prinz holds a Master of Arts in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
With a growing team of over 50 diverse professionals with a presence across Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Switzerland Silverhorn strives to be a more caring, hungrier and more honest enterprise for investing in Asia.
