PropertyGuru Group, a property technology company in Southeast Asia, announced on Monday a change of CEO and the appointment of a new Board of Directors.
After a decade of leadership and accomplishments, Hari V. Krishnan has decided to pursue new interests and step down as CEO of the Singapore-based PropertyGuru Group. Lewis Ng will succeed as CEO in March 2025, the firm announced further.
In addition, Trevor Mather has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. The other Directors are:
- Janice Leow, Partner in the EQT Private Capital Asia advisory team and Head of EQT Private Capital Southeast Asia
- Ed Williams, Founder and ex-CEO of UK’s property marketplace Rightmove, Chairman of Trade Me in New Zealand, and ex-Chairman of Auto Trader
