Internatonal law firm Eversheds has appointed two senior professionals enhancing both its banking and finance team and the financial services and funds team.
Jae Lemin has been appointed as a partner in the banking and finance team to strengthen its market leading practice and Paul Moloney has been appointed as Of Counsel in the Financial Services and Funds team, as reported by Eversheds.
Previously at law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, Jae Lemin has worked with a number of corporates and commercial banks throughout Asia-Pacific, South America and Africa on a wide range of projects including acquisition financings, trade financings and corporate loans.
Experience in Renewable Energy
In addition to private practice, Jae Lemin has spent time on secondment at NAB's Global Treasury Department in Melbourne and Standard Chartered's Wholesale Banking Group in Hong Kong. He also has significant experience in renewable energy.
Paul Moloney joins from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld-Counsel. He has in depth knowledge of the funds, financial services and asset management industry and extensive experience in corporate, M&A and structured finance tax.
