HSBC Appoints Asia Head of Investment Banking

London-based HSBC has named a new head of investment banking in Asia.

HSBC has appointed Chito Jeyarajah as head of investment banking in Asia, effective April 1, according to a «Reuters» report. He joined the British lender in 2017 and is currently head of equity capital markets in Asia Pacific. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs as a managing director in its investment banking division.

A spokesperson confirmed the changes.
