Multi-family office Golden Equator Wealth adds a seasoned investment specialist to its roster.
Gary Tiernan joins the firm as its managing partner after two years with fellow independent asset manager (IAM), Crossinvest, where he was its head of investments.
Tiernan has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector with much of the latter half of his career focused on wealth management. In addition to IAMs, Tiernan was previously with Standard Chartered for seven years where he was last its global head of investment advisory, trust & fiduciary, sales management; and Deutsche Bank for eight years where he was last its APAC head of of global investments and sales.
Singapore-based Golden Equator Wealth focuses on servicing ultra-high net worth individuals and families through its «blend of in-house resources and outsourced expertise». Its in-house resources include several subsidiaries focused on fund management, fintech, tech-related business consultancy and working spaces.
