Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is the latest financier to bolster its Asia capabilities in sustainability with new appointments.

Olivier Menard has been appointed head of green & sustainable hub for Asia Pacific since July, according to a statement.

Based in Hong Kong, Menard reports to APAC head of investment banking Rahu Narain and global head of green & sustainable finance Orith Azoulay.

Menard has worked for Natixis CIB since 2001 with experience advising and financing clients from the commodity sectors in EMEA and APAC. He joined the green & sustainable hub as a senior cross-asset originator in October 2020.

In addition, Natixis also recently hired Hong Kong-based Xin Lan as vice president in its green & sustainable hub, reporting to Menard.
