First Sentier Investors Expands APAC Equity Team

Sydney-headquartered First Sentier Investors has expanded its APAC and emerging market equity team with the appointment of two analysts.

FSSA Investment Managers has appointed Manya Mishra as an investment analyst focused on India equities, according to a statement, who will relocate from Mumbai to the Singapore office in July. She has 10 years of investment experience, most recently as a senior investment analyst at Arisaig Partners, where she covered consumer businesses and digital platforms in India. Prior to that, she was an analyst at Barings Private Equity India.

Ziqi Deng also joins as an investment analyst covering Asia and emerging markets with a focus on China. Deng was previously a portfolio manager at Genesis in London and Matthews Asia in San Francisco. She will commence her role in the London office in May before moving to Hong Kong in early 2026.
