Munich Re has appointed Michaela Hannemann as regional head of casualty treaty underwriting for Japan, Korea, India, Southeast Asia, the firm announced in a statement on Monday.
Hannemann, who relocates to Singapore from London, was most recently the lead of the London Market Treaty Broker Facility of the Faraday/Gen Re joint venture.
In her new role, she reports to Roland Eckl, Munich Re’s chief executive, Asia Pacific - Japan, Korea, India, Southeast Asia.
