Citi Private Bank has appointed two new executives to bolster its coverage of the family office segment in Asia.

Lynn Ong and Yanjun Feng join Citi Private Bank's family office group (FOG) – previously called private capital group (PCG) – according to a statement, as vice presidents based in Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively.

Ong will be tasked with focusing on family office advisory matters including setup, governance, and philanthropy. She joins from the Economic Development Board of Singapore where she was its China market head with primary coverage over east and central China including business and capital owners in the regions. Previously, she also worked at consumer internet company Shopee as well as Deloitte.

In her new role, Feng will be responsible for private markets as well as family office advisory. She has over five years of private investment experience, most recently with the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s investment office where she was responsible for sourcing and executing global private market transactions. Previously, she started her career at LGT Capital Partners.

The new additions follow Citi's recent hire of family office veteran and ex-J.P. Morgan private banker Hannes Hofmann as the London-based global head of the family office group, as reported by finews.asia, who is expected to start the new role in September.
