Bank of Singapore has hired an industry veteran from Standard Chartered to bolster its product capabilities in Hong Kong.
Jacky Leung joins Bank of Singapore as its head of product management group Hong Kong, according to a statement, effective immediately. Based in Hong Kong, he reports functionally to the global head of product Lim Leong Guan and locally to the Hong Kong branch head of Greater China Teresa Lee.
In his new role, Leung will lead Bank of Singapore’s product strategy for the Hong Kong branch in the capital markets, investment research and strategy, portfolio management, lending structuring, and advisory areas as well as for wealth planning solutions.
Leung has close to 20 years of financial experience and joins from Standard Chartered where he was most recently a managing director and head of capital markets products and solutions, and managed investments.
