Credit Suisse hires a 26-year industry veteran to head its Australia infrastructure unit.

Timothy Foy joins Credit Suisse as a managing director and head of infrastructure, Australia, according to a statement. 

Foy has 26 years of experience, most recently at Jefferies as a managing director and head of infrastructure. Previously, he also held senior roles at RBC Capital Markets and Rothschild. 

«[Foy] will work closely with our regional and global infrastructure coverage team. Infrastructure is an important sector, which will continue to be a source of large scale M&A and institutional investment,» said Angelo Scasserra, co-Head of investment banking and capital markets Australia at Credit Suisse.
