Singapore-based external asset manager One Heritage Capital Management has announced the appointment of a chief executive officer.
Arthur Fong joins Singapore-based One Heritage Capital Management as its CEO, according to a statement, effective September 2. He will work alongside head of private wealth and founding director Clarence Lee.
Fong has over 30 years of financial experience most recently as a managing director at Schroders' Asia unit. Previously, he also worked at Bank of Singapore, Citi and UBS. Outside of finance, he is also a former elected Singapore member of parliament.
One Heritage Capital Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of fund manager One Heritage Group which was founded in 2003 in Hong Kong. It currently covers clients from 11 cities and has a total of $10 billion in assets under management, according to its website.
