JLL Names Head of Capital Markets for New Zealand

Commercial property firm JLL has announced the appointment of a head of capital markets for New Zealand.

JLL appoints Jonathan Ogg as head of capital markets for New Zealand, according to a statement.  

Ogg joins from CBRE where he spent around 23 years, including 12 years as a senior director in its capital markets team. Previously, he was also an office leasing broker at Knight Frank in Auckland.

«[Ogg] is recognized as a genuine capital markets leader, having successfully concluded some of the largest, most complex commercial property transactions we’ve seen here in New Zealand,» said Fergal Harris, head of capital markets for Australia and New Zealand at JLL.
