Frankfurt-based asset manager DWS has appointed a new president and head of coverage for Japan.
DWS appoints Hiroki Wiesheu as president and head of coverage for Japan, according to a statement. In the role, he reports to Vanessa Wang, head and coverage head for APAC.
Prior to joining DWS, Wiesheu worked at Metzler Asset Management Japan as president and CEO. He also served as a board member at Metzler-Payden and Metzler Realty Advisors in the US. Previously, he worked at Rothschild and Commerzbank in Europe.
