Real estate firm JLL has hired a former CBRE executive as country head for Korea.
JLL has appointed Taeho Yi as country manager for Korea, according to a statement, effective June 2024. Based in Seoul, he will be responsible for leading and managing JLL’s operations and strategy in South Korea, with oversight of its major business lines including capital markets, market advisory and work dynamics.
Yi joins from CBRE Global Investors, where he was its Korea country head for nine years. Prior to that, he was regional director for JLL Capital Markets in Korea. Previously, he also worked at global real estate firms including Daelim Industrial, HMC Investment Securities, ING Real Estate Investment Manager and Savills.
