A 28-year asset management veteran has joined New York-headquartered Neuberger Berman’s Singapore office to lead intermediary sales in the region.

Neuberger Berman has appointed Madeline Ho to lead intermediary sales for Singapore and Southeast Asia, according to a statement. Based in Singapore, she reports to Jose Cosio, head of intermediary for EMEA, Latin America and APAC.

Ho has nearly 30 years of industry experience, most recently as chief commercial officer at SBI Digital Markets. She previously held senior roles at global asset managers including Singapore CEO of Natixis Investment Managers, regional head of Singapore and Southeast Asia at Fidelity International and Singapore country head at Franklin Templeton Investment.

«With the growing appetite for multi-sector fixed income and semi-liquid alternative products in the retail space, we believe Madeline’s experience will be instrumental in driving growth in Singapore, which now offers 34 funds under the Singapore Recognized Scheme across traditional and alternative asset classes,» Cosio commented.
