Real estate firm Knight Frank has announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer for Asia Pacific.
Knight Frank has appointed Craig Shute as CEO of Asia Pacific, according to a statement, effective 1 April 2025. In the role, he will lead the business in the region which consists of 11,000 people in 300 offices across 16 markets. He succeeds Kevin Coppel who will retire from the partnership in March 2025.
Shute has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, previously holding leadership roles across Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the US. He joined Knight Frank last year and is currently CEO of the Greater China business. Prior to that, he was the managing director of JLL in Victoria, Australia and also led CBRE’s operations in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
