London-headquartered Ninety One has appointed a head of Southeast Asia for its advisor business.

Ninety One has appointed Andrea Ng as head of Southeast Asia advisor business, according to a statement, based in Singapore. In the role, she will be responsible for driving business growth as well as building and managing relationships across the firm’s intermediary and private banking clients while working closely.

Ng will work closely with Eric Fu, managing director & country head, Greater China, and Kevin Kong, managing director, Singapore.

Ng has over 17 years of industry experience, most recently as an Asia business development director at Muzinich & Co. Previously, she also worked at First State Investments, Man Group and Credit Suisse.

Asia Presence

Ninety One has had a presence in Asia since 1998. It has a regional headquarters in Hong Kong and first opened its Singapore office in 2012. Globally, it has $170.9 billion in assets under management, as of September 30.
